In our ‘Programme Management Training Series,’ participants are equipped in the practical skills required to become effective community programme managers. This Community Consultation Framework describes how you can undertake a Community Analysis, reviewing your communities' needs, your mission, your team and their giftings, means to collaborate with other community programmes, and your desired outcomes and results. Containing template forms and practical tools, you will be facilitated to confidently ensure that you are providing a real service need to your community. Carrying out this exercise will also assist as part of funding you may wish to apply for.
Organisational Analysis
Assessing your organisation's long-term sustainability and adaptability is crucial for success. Our 'Organisational Analysis' course aims to help you maximize opportunities and become an innovative force in your community. We focus on cultivating a healthy organisational culture, understanding internal roles and external influences, and utilising analytic tools to identify strengths and weaknesses. Our goal is to empower you as a front-line practitioner, equipping you with the skills and resources to drive positive change, enhance your capacity, and ensure long-term sustainability within your community.
